At AllKidz.in, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.


Return Window
We offer a 5-day return policy from the date of delivery. You must request a return within 5 days of receiving your item.


Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • The item must be in its original packaging with tags intact

  • A valid proof of purchase (order ID or receipt) is required

⚠️ Please do not send any product back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


Return Handling (Important)
We work with trusted third-party suppliers and logistics partners to fulfill orders.
Return processing and pickup may be arranged based on supplier policies and service availability.


Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof.
We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.


Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personal care products

  • Used items

  • Items without original packaging

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards (if applicable)


Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, you can place a new order after your return request is approved.


Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified about approval status

  • If approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refund will be credited to the original payment method.

Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
